Denim is definitely a staple in my style wheelhouse. At the time, I attributed the wrinkles to the stiffness of the denim. My favorite high-rise skinny jeans up to this point (though not ethically-made in a LEED-certified factory) are Uniqlos High-Rise Ultra Stretch Jeans. To me, the good outweighs this annoyance, but for those of you with shedding pets you may want to consider that. The fabric loosens up a bit as you wear them, but it also holds its shape.
